<p>just finished a w30 and it was pretty awesome. (cooking was a pita though)</p>
<p>i was feeling mellow, calm, and mentally and emotionally... smooth and stable. so fast forward and i ate my first bowl of white rice yesterday and im feeling edgy and kind of nervous. i cant put my finger on it.. but i have to say it's not calm and smooth. i feel aggressive. </p>
<p>i didnt think it would have this affect on me. has anyone felt like this before?</p>
<p>i would appreciate any insight. this doesnt feel good. :(</p>
