GrassyArse 2012-10-10T21:38:09Z 2012-10-24T17:23:43Z
Hi peeps.

A quick question regarding the AI protocol and use of egg yolks only--has anybody done this with any degree of success? Is it worth the risK?

I'm a few weeks into following the AI protocol and feeling pretty darn good (after a nasty slip-up that has confirmed a definite nightshade sensitivity). But my greedy gutsy self adores eggs, so I'm looking for a loophole, I guess.

Thanks in advance.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/154848/paleo-autoimmune-protocol-and-separated-egg-yolks/154864#154864 Answer by Aleen for Paleo Autoimmune Protocol and (Separated) Egg Yolks? Aleen 2012-10-10T23:24:08Z 2012-10-10T23:24:08Z
Try it and see. Much like your nightshade slip-up, you'll know if yolks are off the menu for you.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/154848/paleo-autoimmune-protocol-and-separated-egg-yolks/157851#157851 Answer by areyousuchadreamer for Paleo Autoimmune Protocol and (Separated) Egg Yolks? areyousuchadreamer 2012-10-24T17:23:43Z 2012-10-24T17:23:43Z
I tried it and found I am not sensitive to the yolks, much to my pleasure! If only introducing soaked and peeled almonds went as well... :)
