Hi peeps.

A quick question regarding the AI protocol and use of egg yolks only--has anybody done this with any degree of success? Is it worth the risK?

I'm a few weeks into following the AI protocol and feeling pretty darn good (after a nasty slip-up that has confirmed a definite nightshade sensitivity). But my greedy gutsy self adores eggs, so I'm looking for a loophole, I guess.

Thanks in advance.

Much like your nightshade slip-up, you'll know if yolks are off the menu for you.

If only introducing soaked and peeled almonds went as well... :)
