Doubt taking anything would have helped in that case.

It was honestly the worst pain of my life.

Supposedly bodybuilders use L-Ornithine to produce HGH naturally. I've heard it being used to flush gallstones. My aunt possibly has a gallstone and I'm thinking about suggesting this, as anthing invasive at her age is too risky.

Was the worst mistake I've made health wise. Wish I could go back and sue the doctor.

Mine was blocked, full of spots, and the bile had turned to sryup. All the GB does is give a burst of liquid salt to your food so that oil and food can be seperated for process. So now I have to take an extra step when I prepare ground beef, and run water over it to seperate the oil out.

The doc asked if he could keep it because he wanted to write it up. :-)

I have no difficulty with fat, even if I eat tons of it. I take no supplements either.

What I have trouble with is refined carbs. I do pretty well with tubers and starchy fruits, but I just can't get along with processed carbs.
