Opening Mid to Late December. </p> <p>Off-site chef prepared healthy takeaway food + an artisan approach to coffee (espresso and drip).</p> <p>our non-negotiables: -cooking oils. always olive or coconut. -proteins. always allowed to forage and eat their natural diet (grass-fed beef, chickens that eat bugs, etc). -produce. local and organic whenever possible. </p> <p>Chef prepared then brought into the store for folks to either purchase and leave with or enjoy in-house. Coffee options for both on-the-fly folks and ones with more time on their hands. </p>
