<p>Whole Foods carries 70% dark chocolate mini chunks. I also wish that I could find darker chocolate chips for my trail mix. Anything less than 85% is too sweet. And I dislike chopping up mine own...too messy and not uniform size.</p>

<p>If you're the hands-on type, it's possible to make your own chocolate chips/chunks to toss into trail mix. Mix together cocoa powder, a little bit of coconut oil, and as much sweetener as you want into a saucepan. Pour onto wax or parchment paper and chill. Then chop up into chunks. :)</p>

<p>I buy raw cocoa nibs (unsweatened) and raw cocoa beans. You are 100% sure there is no sugar/sweeteners/dairy/conservants. So its actually 100% dark chocolate. And I love them in my paleo trail mix or just on their own as a treat. </p>

<p>I have searched and only found Sweet Earth Chocolate chips 65%. At least they are soy free. They cost $39.25 for a case of 8 12 oz. packages. I am about to order a case because my Whole Foods only carries 42%.</p> <p>Edit: I spoke too soon...Sunspire also has 65%. It could have trace amounts of soy due to shared machinery, but I am not going to worry about his. Vitacost sells 9 oz bags for $5.83 apiece, no bulk purchase required, but more expensive.</p>

<p>Scharffen Berger makes cocoa nibs, cocoa powder and 99% dark chocolate all of which are unsweetened. It's possible to get in Denmark so it must be readily available everywhere else :)</p>
