OTOH, both my wife and I have experienced skin flaking off after taking probiotics, which stopped within 2 days of stopping the probiotics. It's likely that we both have some intestinal weirdness going on, e.g., small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), but there can be a downside to probiotics.</p> http://paleohacks.com/questions/155948/probiotics-yes-or-no/156859#156859 Answer by Greensun for Probiotics, yes or no?
