I found a source for wild game bones, however, they don't keep the bones in the fridge. Is it okay to use the bones for broth?

Look at them, smell them. If they're fresh, they won't have much of an odor, you won't see anything fuzzy, or furry on them.

If they've been outside for days, avoid. If it's just a few hours and they look ok, enjoy.
