<p>Does anybody know how to find a Personal Trainer in the Chicagoland area who is familiar with the principles behind the Ancestral Health Movement? Specifically, I'm looking for somebody who understands very well the interplay between exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle in aging and performance.</p> <p>It is not for me, it is for my 64 year old Mother. She has been on a legitimate Paleo diet (100 %) for close to a year now and is within a healthy bodyweight range for sure with no major health problems to speak of other than some osteopenia, but I do fear that she is losing muscle at a rapid pace due to the fact she does not do much exercise other than walking at this point.
