Hi, all. Although I've found this forum crazy helpful in my transition to paleo eating, I now am looking for a good guide for my girlfriend. She is interested but skeptical, and not much of a reader, so I need something comprehensive but still accessible for someone who does not necessarily have the motivation to slog through graphs of lipid conversion factors, or what not (I may have just made that phrase up). She's a martial artist and does heavy training a few times a week, but is pretty active everyday. Help?
I feel like my experience won't be great for her, as I'm a ZC kinda girl, and she loves her some carbs. Thanks for any suggestions!

You can pre-order on Amazon.

IMO it was twice as long as the amount of content it had to provide..

Tom is the nutritionist for many top level boxers & mma fighters. I don't agree with some of her principals but it's a good starting point for figuring out your macro needs. You're going to have to replace her menu with paleo sources though.
