So I'm a fifteen year old girl, and I've been Paleo since June. I'm 5'7, my waist is like 30 ish inches, and I just checked and found that I weigh 132, but I just ate a bunch of lamb for dinner (^_^) so it's probably more like 130-131. I'm almost where I want to be, I just want a slightly smaller, more toned stomach. I don't exercise much currently, I just eat paleo. Meat and veggies, almost exclusively. What kind of exercise would you recommend for me? Biking? Push-ups? We have some excercise equipment in the basement. And should I add in a few more carbs? If so what kinds of carbs? Almond butter? Berries? I have both of those. Advice people?

Play pickup games in the park. Learn to surf. Eat what you crave, as long as it's Paleo. Your body is surprisingly good at telling you what you need if you learn to listen. You're 15 and already way ahead of the curve, so don't overthink it.

You can Google different regimens online and find one you feel comfortable with, but I'd recommend starting with some type of concrete goal (do 20 push ups and 5 chin ups).

If you get good at the body-weight exercises and want to take things to the next step, then move up to dumbbells, gym equipment, and more advanced training techniques.

Biking, running, and other stuff kids your age may be doing to "get in shape" are fine in small doses, but shouldn't be the basis of your training.
