I think they are too conservative on some things (like O6), but a SAD evaluation of your diet is not appropriate since you are not eating SAD.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/157890/cholesterol-calcium-iron/157940#157940 Answer by shelley for Cholesterol, Calcium & Iron shelley 2012-10-25T02:57:50Z 2012-10-25T02:57:50Z
I think that you need to up your protein and fat intake and reduce your carbs a bit..that is quite a bit of sugar. Ditch the Insure powder and favor of some real food, greek yogurt if you eat dairy..check out some paleo websites..there are tonnes of recipes. Add some good fat like coconut oil and some fish and shell fish..you are probably not taking in enough calories for that level of exercise. Stop thinking about the normal low fat SAD diet and do lots more reading, Balanced Bites and Fat burning Man and Everyday Paleo are all really good sites
http://paleohacks.com/questions/157890/cholesterol-calcium-iron/170926#170926 Answer by DePaw for Cholesterol, Calcium & Iron DePaw 2013-01-04T23:27:59Z 2013-01-04T23:27:59Z
I use cronometer.com, you can customise all the nutrient levels.

You need less calcium on paleo as phytic acid in grains and legumes reduces absorption. Also when you're eating less carbohydrates you need less potassium and more sodium. Does it say how much of those nutrients you're actually getting not just that they're low?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/157890/cholesterol-calcium-iron/170948#170948 Answer by Richard for Cholesterol, Calcium & Iron Richard 2013-01-05T00:32:05Z 2013-01-05T00:32:05Z
I wouldnt touch ensure it is Gmo. Make sure to pulse blender at first since the water is hot, and hold on tight to the top. Blend for a minute or two. It is delicious, even if it doesn't sound it. Or you could just go with eggs and bacon or an omelette.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/157890/cholesterol-calcium-iron/171000#171000 Answer by Renee for Cholesterol, Calcium & Iron Renee 2013-01-05T06:34:27Z 2013-01-05T06:34:27Z
I'm 36, 5'1 and 100 lbs and wow, I'd be really hungry on that diet. And you'll need more protein if you want to put on muscle.
