It seems that you sprint and then do a body row as part of a circuit. I am intrigued by the body row, since my upper body is very weak - can't do a single real push up. I just purchased a power tower - can I use that indoors for a similar result. What would I do outside?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/18362/dumb-question-from-robb-wolfs-book/18364#18364 Answer by Keith for Dumb question from Robb Wolf's Book Keith 2011-01-09T14:28:55Z 2011-01-09T14:28:55Z
Buy about 20' of 5/8" nylon rope. Put a bow string knot (http://www.faqs.org/sports-knots/Search-Rescue/Bowstring-Knot.html) on each end. Find an overhead tree branch and wrap the rope around the branch so that the ends hang as low as you want them to be and about shoulder width apart. Grab the loops on the bow string knots and row away. If it is hard to hold the rope you can make handles out of short sections of 1 1/2" PVC and thread the rope through them when you tie the knots. My whole setup cost about $15.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/18362/dumb-question-from-robb-wolfs-book/18365#18365 Answer by Laurie D. for Dumb question from Robb Wolf's Book Laurie D. 2011-01-09T14:45:10Z 2011-01-09T14:45:10Z
My daughter long ago outgrew her swing set, but being built of pressure-treated wood, it still stands along with the set of rings it came with. I use those to do Mark Sisson Primal Blueprint Fitness rows. I just grab the rings, lean back and pull upward. Similar to the rope idea.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/18362/dumb-question-from-robb-wolfs-book/18371#18371 Answer by Ambimorph for Dumb question from Robb Wolf's Book Ambimorph 2011-01-09T15:12:32Z 2011-01-09T15:12:32Z
Inverted Rows – What They Are, and Why You Should Do Them, shows how to do a row outside of the gym. You do pullups in the normal position, then it swings down and is perfect for body/inverted rows. For $18 (free shipping if you have Prime), it's a great freaking deal.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/18362/dumb-question-from-robb-wolfs-book/18381#18381 Answer by Aaron Curl for Dumb question from Robb Wolf's Book Aaron Curl 2011-01-09T17:40:27Z 2011-01-09T17:40:27Z
Dumbell rows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkb_YA8U4r0

Kettlebell rows. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3zfFc1UfHo
