Anyone have a comparative experience they can share between the two gyms; Crossfit Oahu and Crossfit Hawaii?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/25026/paleo-exercise-groups-in-honolulu/25030#25030 Answer by Danielle for Paleo exercise groups in Honolulu? Darin 2011-07-03T15:39:23Z 2011-07-03T15:39:23Z
I highly recommend Crossfit Oahu. Although this is the first CF box I've joined, I've trained at many different gyms (primarily muay thai, MMA, and globo-gyms) and the coaching at CFO stands out as by far the best I've ever received. From a health and nutrition perspective, Courtney -- one of the full-time coaches -- is an RD and MPH who is very well educated about paleo. She's one of the only traditionally-educated medical professionals whom I will listen to for diet advice. Most importantly to me, the community is really tight-knit and positive at CFO, which is ultimately why I chose it over Hardass Fitness (no offense, Phillip).

I agree with Phillip, though, the best way to decide is to try both. Free intro classes at CFO are Tuesday and Saturday. Check them out, go to the trial classes at Hardass, and see which one speaks to you.
