Like a mexican style salad with avocado, lime juice, red peppers, tomatoes, jalepenos etc. Served with tuna tataki - pan seared tuna with a wheat free tamari and ginger sauce piled high with chopped green onions - oh yummy!</p>

It also depends on what kind of restoration I'm in the mood for, as there are endless variations upon the theme; light and wholesome Asian inspired flavours (think ginger, lemongrass, sesame seed oil) with finely sliced vegetables, chicken and rice noodles (depending on how strict you are). A richer variation is a traditional cream of chicken soup, made with plenty of cream and egg yolks and thick with leek and tarragon.</p>

For dessert.......coffee with one large table spoon of coconut oil in it with Stevia, cinammon cacoa and tablespoon of cream. Then to the hot tub and then to get my oxytocin on.......that is how I roll.</p>
