Dr. K suggests eating a high protein meal immediately upon waking to lower Cortisol and help Leptin sensitivity. I started doing this as an experiment days ago. Then I got a Cortisol test back and it showed I had low Cortisol. So if you have low Cortisol should you still follow Dr. K's protocol?
