Great local, pastured meats that they cut on premises.

Dinner tonight was bacon, 10 oz pork sirloin, 2 fried eggs in ghee and bacon fat, and spinach/broccoli sauteed in the bacon fat.

yum.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/46924/great-new-resource-in-la/146648#146648 Answer by Neil for great new resource in LA Neil 2012-09-01T15:49:34Z 2012-09-01T15:49:34Z
My chef friend recommended them, too! Still need to get over there... lol. What are the prices like?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/46924/great-new-resource-in-la/165012#165012 Answer by Kira for great new resource in LA Kira 2012-12-01T08:00:06Z 2012-12-01T08:00:06Z
It was recommended to me as well! I just looked at their web-site and didn't see if the meat they sell is 100% grass-fed...does anyone know if it is?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/46924/great-new-resource-in-la/187228#187228 Answer by Gary for great new resource in LA Gary 2013-03-23T22:04:34Z 2013-03-23T22:04:34Z
Lindy and Grundy's is unbelievable. Been going there for some time now. Only down side is it's tremendously expensive (even relative to other grass-fed purveyors). But it really is the best meat I've tasted.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/46924/great-new-resource-in-la/187281#187281 Answer by GiGiEats for great new resource in LA GiGiEats 2013-03-24T03:45:17Z 2013-03-24T03:45:17Z
This place is great, and I am lucky to live VERY VERY close by... But I do find that their prices are quite high... Not just on their meat, on EVERYTHING in the store. Even their spaghetti squash is $5 a pound, which is completely unheard of in my mind.

You can certainly find grass-fed/finished meat on line for far less.
