Great local, pastured meats that they cut on premises. </p> <p>Dinner tonight was bacon, 10 oz pork sirloin, 2 fried eggs in ghee and bacon fat, and spinach/broccoli sauteed in the bacon fat.</p> <p>yum.</p>

<p>Lindy and Grundy's is unbelievable. Been going there for some time now. Only down side is it's tremendously expensive (even relative to other grass-fed purveyors). But it really is the best meat I've tasted. </p>

<p>This place is great, and I am lucky to live VERY VERY close by... But I do find that their prices are quite high... Not just on their meat, on EVERYTHING in the store. Even their spaghetti squash is $5 a pound, which is completely unheard of in my mind. </p> <p>You can certainly find grass-fed/finished meat on line for far less. </p>
