<p>Since these nuggets, and perhaps sausages as well, are made from the least noble animal parts, they probably come from a bolus of carcass, marrow and offal. Doesn't this make them a healthy snack?</p> <p>More importantly, can't we actually make these homemade nuggets and sneak in some awful offal such as kidneys and liver?</p>

<p>If that's all they were made out of, sure, they'd be healthy. But from my understanding they are made by mechanically separating, bleaching, extruding, breading and then deep frying those ingredients in industrial oil. </p>
