My adult daughter has a diffuse red patch at the top of her nose, which has been there for over a year. A dermatologist tried to laser it off, but it didn't help at all. Yesterday she went to a plastic surgeon who told her to learn to love herself the way she is.

Great advice, but can we do better than that Paleo folks?

Has anyone gotten rid of a spider angioma by removing or adding something to the diet? According to wikipedia, " In women taking oral contraceptives, they may resolve after stopping these contraceptives." Any experience with this?

Right now she eats paleo-ish. She lives with me and happliy eats what I cook, but also eats out of the house a lot. She doesn't eat a lot of junk out there, but not really paleo either.

Thanks
