<p>This is my last meal ever? I'm going to be honest and say that it would be nothing paleo. I eat many, many good paleo foods, yes, but I get them everyday, anytime I want. If I'm going out with a bang then my last meal is going to be the nastiest, most unhealthy neolithic garbage I can think of. I may know it's unhealthy, but that doesn't stop me from fantasizing about it. I'd probably order up a big fish dinner from Captain D's or something else totally non-paleo.
