I am currently eating butter, cheese and cream as supplemental fat sources. I have issues with coconut. I have been getting KerryGold Dubliner. Costco carries it and I like it.

Trader joes havarti and raw pecorino are classics as well.

Recent items in the past-pull-date basket have been Brie, jarlsberg and some Danish blue cheese. I like sheep and goat cheeses, but $15-20/lb seems too high. The main downside of cheese is the high salt content.
