If your eating alot of protein it might be overkill and wasted money. However if your doing IF like the LeanGains protocol then you are going to train fasted and its recommended to take amino's before you train. I take Xtend pre workout in fasted training days. Rest of the time I get more then enough aminos from my whole food protein sources.</p>

He said that in his experience, it is something that many people can find useful. His slides said that this combination "=ESPRESSO!!!". I find that it has helped with morning energy and that I have been ingesting less caffeine since supplementing this way.</p>

I'd say it's a waste for someone who has a lot to lose because there are far better things to spend money on, but for those dialed in and looking for small boosts, this has worked for me.</p>
