Who fish and avoid bread. Do you think Norway is an expensive countrie for paleo life. I now one girl has a norwegian blog here on paleohacks.

Avoid salmon aquaculture. Fish in the fjords. Occasionally fresh ddiary from goats. What about bbrown caramel cheese? or other traditonal norwegian dishes? Are they paleo? Are they vvibbrant for eenergy and health?

The bread in Norway was the most ingriedient bread i have ever seen. Even one bread was made with fishoil to give it healthy omega 3 fatty accidds. Weird world.

There are some edible plannts. And if the season is ok even in the north farming is possibble. and the norwegian apples taste delisous far better tthan the sour sweeet stuff from ggermany and from italy. SSo lightful tasty. and the amount of berries.

People say in the north the plant have more prana energy. There is a study that through the plant mineral content in the north the animals are bigger. So the same plants from the south are in the north more nutricious.

Any Norwegian Paleo out there?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/65227/any-norwegian-paleos-out-there/65251#65251 Answer by Lars for Any Norwegian Paleos out there? D.S. 2013-04-01T10:11:28Z 2013-04-01T10:11:28Z
Hi, We've been eating Paleo for over 3 months now. This began as a quest to cure my auto-immune disease LICHEN PLANUS naturally. As with most stories I have read, I was mis-diagnosed and then given several different cures for many months. After the Prednisol cure I was completely worn down, exhausted, and lost....the Docs couldn't tell me anything about why/where/how and I guess that's beside the point now. The good news is we have never felt better. My partner, who is almost 10 years younger than myself, insisted on eating like this as well even though he is not ill. In his early 40's, he is experiencing that many of our friends/acquaintances are dropping like flies. Burn-Out, Chronich Fatique, M.E. allergies, heart conditions, cancer.... So he says he won't wait 'til he gets sick to start taking eating seriously. We have more energy and less physical problems than ever before. Our weight is wonderful. And there is no need to cheat when you know what the consequences will be....horrible, uncomfortable illness! Seriously, I am so happy about this that I want to share it but everyone seems to be into the Spelt and Low-carb thing and Paleo is too unknown here in Norway yet. I do however believe that in 20 years "everyone" will be eating like this. I hope to hook up with other Norwegians who are excited about this, we need to get a milieu going. It is impossible for us to eat out, there is flour in everything, sauces, burgers, and potatos are still served everywhere, in the form of wedges or fries....lots of cheesea and crackers too. Help! So we just stay home alot and experiment with sweet potatos etc. And lots of other yummy food. Thanks for asking the question, even though it's 2 years ago...I feel the need to connect ;)
