We own a tanning salon and have many customers that were referred by their Dr's.to get some short exposures. It makes a huge difference .
http://paleohacks.com/questions/67126/any-suggestions/67132#67132 Answer by White Dolemite for Any suggestions? Then, reintroduce other foods carefully, (only if you wish) after the three-month period, depending on response.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/67126/any-suggestions/67135#67135 Answer by Rogue Nutritionist for Any suggestions? Everyone is so different...I used to get eczema, but through self experimentation, I have found that eating a very clean dairy free paleo diet , and avoiding chocolate completely leaves me free of flair ups. Generally, people seem to have skin conditions resolve when offending foods are avoided, and gut health is improved.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/67126/any-suggestions/67139#67139 Answer by aoife for Any suggestions? aoife 2011-09-25T16:23:30Z 2011-09-25T16:23:30Z
Start taking between 2000 and 6000 iu of vitamin d3 if you aren't already. Or even better get your levels checked and see for definite how much you should be taking. I hear topical vitamin d can also work well.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/67126/any-suggestions/67149#67149 Answer by majkinetor for Any suggestions? majkinetor 2011-09-25T17:37:37Z 2011-09-25T17:37:37Z
Vitamin D, topic solution will reduce turn over rate of keratinocytes. Some people claim that 5g DHA from fish oil makes a huge difference. You may want to try that, but that is very big amount, you need special kind of fish oil.

If that is true, it all points to chronic infection to be honest. D is main stuff in immune response, and DHA is probably used as COX inhibitor.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/67126/any-suggestions/67218#67218 Answer by Carly for Any suggestions? Which is hard to get a handle on, I'm trying strict auto immune (no grains AT ALL,no nuts, no eggs, no dairy & no nightshades) to see if I can get a handle on this beast. So annoying.
