<p>What is your biggest meal you eat during the day (breakfast/lunch/dinner)? For me, it depends on the day before--if i wasnt hungry enough to eat dinner the nite before --my next day breakfast is the largest. Sometimes (like today) way too big - I never know how hungry I am until I start eating (and eating and eating). </p> <p>Just for fun what what was/is the largest meal you have ever eaten?</p>

<p>My morning meal is my biggest meal. Just because it's easier to cook in the morning (less people around). Also because of doing the leptin reset.</p> <p>My largest SAD meal = 2 bags of potato chips, a whole bag of m&amp;ms and a bowl of fruit in one morning. I thought back then that I wasn't eating enough calories so I though it'd be smart to eat all that. Unfortunately, as I have a mold allergy (I didn't know that back then), I almost fainted. Most horrible weekend of my life :).</p> <p>My largest paleo meal = (very pathetic) a whole broccoli with steak and 4 tablespoons of coconut oil. As paleo meals are more calorie-dense, they're never very impressive, unless you eat craptons of vegetables.</p>

<p>My largest meal is at night. I tend to stick to one meal a day since eating usually triggers snacking or grazing - not that it's bad... but it does get annoying when one is at work trying to focus. </p>

<p>I have no idea - it varies. Sometimes I have a big fat breakkie but then will have another three or four during the day. Other times, just once. My body gets to decide what it wants.</p> <p>Biggest meal ever? I had to review a new Churrascaria and was in there for 3 hours - had the meat sweats for two days.</p>
