Soemtimes cooked eggs.</p> <p>Dinner: Usually as much meat or fish as I can eat. beef, pork, lamb, smal fish or liver cooked in lard, coconut oil or ghee with some veggies and sauerkraut. Sometimes also bone broth or an avocado.</p> <p>I can't say for sure but I think its ca 60-80 % fat, 20-30 % protein and 0-10% carbs per calories.</p> <p>What do you think about this diet? Do you have any negative physical symptoms?</p> <p>Also, are you supplementing anything?
