<p>I'm considering buying some grass-fed lamb tallow (from US wellness), and just wanted to know a little more about it and its benefits; does anyone know the amount of vitamin k2 present, the omega ratios, etc? And if lamb tallow is better or similar in its nutritional benefit when compared to beef tallow?</p>
