I was having sudden bouts of "drop to the floor" pains around my flank/kidney area after I started drinking milk after a long break from it. I've had these pains before and they subsided after I cut out all milk and upped my water intake.

This time, I drank a couple tablespoons of cider diluted in water every couple hours. I could actually feel tinee tiny bits of something passing along my urinary tract when it came time to pee. The whole thing without pain. I'm positive the cider broke down whatever little and growing deposits I had.

http://paleohacks.com/questions/77606/apple-cider-vinegar-uses/98691#98691Answer by Createveryday for Apple Cider Vinegar Uses?Createveryday2012-02-19T11:14:19Z2012-02-19T11:14:19Z
ACV has be very effective for me in treating acid reflux and improving digestion. This was especially helpful at two points in my life:

Gut healing when I first went gluten-free

Pregnancy!

I still often drink it in the mornings because it feels cleansing/energizing. I also take it now and then to support my digestion. (When I drink a large amount of plain water, it can induce reflux in me. If I put a bit of ACV in the water, I can drink as much as I like without problem...And it is more thirst quenching, so I drink less.)

It's acid people, ACID. It'll ruin your teeth and most likely burn the shit out of your oesophagus - permanently. Look it up folks. You KNOW this surely? I mean, honestly, it's simple common sense. Use ACV by all means but either dilute it or consume it with food to minimise the contact.

We all know how bad juice is for our teeth, so it follows that something far more acidic is going to need a bit of thought before we guzzle it.
