<p>Cream is cream and milk is milk. Given how much you're actually going to add, the difference in your health between the two is miniscule. Use the one that makes the tastier coffee. </p>

<p>I think cream is better, at least for my stomach. And, who doesn't like a rich cup of coffee, colored with the real fat of real cream? I would be surprised if you could find goat cream. Despite being very high in fat, goat milk doesn't separate out like cow's milk.</p>
