<p>Hi,</p>
<p>it seems that selenium binds to mercury, thus inhibiting it's toxicity.</p>
<p>Also there are some hints that vitamin c neutralizes PCB, or at least helps to flush it out.</p>
<p>I was wondering if there are any other vitamins/minerals/flavonoids etc. that help us cope with the huge amount of toxins we're exposed today.</p>

<p>Currently we have:</p>
<p>Selenium: Antioxidant, Chelator</p>
<p>Cilantro, Chlorella: Help chelate mercury</p>
<p>GABA: Counters glutamate</p>
<p>L-glycine, epsom salts: Against what in particular?</p>
<p>And liver health, immunity and a tight gut as general bonus points.</p>

Cilantro and cholrella help chelate mercury as well.</p>
<p>GABA counters glutamte, so should help against MSG and possibly other exictotoxins. <a href="http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/article%20red%20palm%20oil.htm" rel="nofollow">As may red palm oil.</a></p>
