With social anxiety, you need to face your fears as walk through them logically-- CBT will help with that. Lost 4 lbs and my strength seems to be about the same. </p> <p>Some background, I'm 30 6'2" 202lbs. Prior to paleo I followed a strict bodybuilding diet-- 250/300g protein 200+g of carbs (brown rice/oatmeal, etc). </p> <p>Since the switch to paleo, the protein portion of the meal has been the same, however I have substituted the once complex carb with a generous portion of carrots, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and a banana(only in the morning). Is that too much fruit? </p> <p>I am trying to stay lean, even drop 10lbs, but I do need to maintain strength.... Weight Training would be your typical bodybuilding split.. I will admit, that I have kept my Whey Protein Shake for post-workout as well as a fast burning carb drink. Other than that, each meal contains roughly 8-10 baby carrots, 5-6 strawberries, 10+ blackberries, handful of blueberries. I'm sure my overall carb intake has got to be under 150g even though im eating what seems to be a lot of fruit. I need to do some research on the overall carb content of the individual fruits
