I've been living the Paleo lifestyle for about two months, and have seen and felt numerous benefits. The thing I find myself worried about most is the thigh amount of Cholesterol it seems like I'm eating. I feel great, but looking at the total amount of eggs and red meat I have consumed during a typical week is scary; three eggs a day alone adds up to 21 yolks a week.
I realize it'd be simple to just not eat as much red meat and take out the yolks, but the high-fat is the only thing that will satisfy my seemingly constant hunger. If anyone has any ideas or thoughts on the effects of these high cholesterol intake aspects of Paleo I'd be interested to hear.

http://paleohacks.com/questions/8190/how-to-get-enough-paleo-calcium/8253#8253Answer by Dave for How to get enough paleo calcium?Dave2010-08-06T01:02:05Z2010-08-06T01:02:05Z
To put simply what others have already said; you'll get plenty of Calcium from eating green leafy vegetables (especially brocolli). Additionally, the grains (phytenyou used to eat before paleo were inhibiting your body's ability to process the Calcium from much of the dairy intake in the first place (ex. milk and cereal?).

http://paleohacks.com/questions/3054/paleo-fast-food/8069#8069Answer by Dave for Paleo Fast FoodDave2010-08-02T19:48:52Z2010-08-02T19:48:52Z
The problem with getting a lot of these things like BBQ, chicken breasts at fast food places, etc. is that most people don't realize how many additives are but in there. Whole foods usually has rotisserie chickens, but you have to be careful if you're looking to stay paleo. One is cooked in soy sauce and a bunch of other stuff, but they also have one cooked with only pepper on it, and another one that is cooked completely plain. If it comes down to it and nothing else is around, you can always find raw veggies that anywhere that will satisfy your hunger for a good while.
