In other countries, moms breastfeed their babies until the age of 6. I am not saying that I would do that..b/c I wouldn't..we live in America and our society is completely different than other societies. However, my point is that breast milk is extremely healthy, unlike cow's milk..cow's milk has approximately 3x the protein of breast milk. Our digestive system cannot handle breaking down all that protein, which is why casein is not good for our bodies. </p>
