<p>Quick question in regards to Crossfit training and Primal lifestyle.</p>
<p>Is crossfit Primal? Are the workouts pretty much High intensity most of the time?</p>
<p>I like the idea and enjoy high intensity workouts, now that I'm reading the Primal Blueprint and the 75% heart rate zone idea, I'm feeling a little confused... would anyone like to clarify? OR is there really no right or wrong :)</p>

I avoid,processed foods, grains, rice, pasta. I do eat Greek yogurt 2-3x a week with curd...I cook with dabs of butter now looking for grass fed beef tallow...my treat is pure dairy icecream, 2x a month and 80% chocolate here and there...eating a lot of greens grass fed proteins and farm raised eggs from a local farmer..some fruit and nuts...fish oil from Nutisea...enjoying it so I would say I'm about a 4/5</p>

I just started a couple of months ago making (broth from grassfed/finished), I have lost 80lbs (been that way for a year now!)
