They post workouts every day and help you improve monthly. I do their workouts 2-3 times per week.

<p>Every other day I do (2-3 times per month "hot") yoga! Which I think is a must for everyone! If there is one activity which has helped me in every other physical endeavor I have ever attempted it is yoga.</p>
