<p>I've been getting very nervous easily and often feel anxious throughout the day. I never had anxiety issues before Paleo, but now my body has become more sensitive to things including "stressors" in my life. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Does anyone have an suggestions? I feel like my anxiety is releasing a lot of unwanted cortisol and that's just a big no no.

I used to get horrible cramps and awful periods! Went on birth control to solve the problem then years laterwent Paleo. Long story short, stopped the BC and am now a natural women and no more cramps! Must have been all that terrible gluten and dairy! I'm super strict paleo and haven't had a cramp since being Paleo! My cycles are definitely two months long though instead of every month and I'm not complaining! Periods are heavy and last a while though. Wondering when that'll stop!</p>

<p>I really think I have cortisol issues. According to the scale, I've gained 10lbs in two months. I CF 4 or 5 times a week. It makes me feel better otherwise I'll sit at home and think about the stress in my new job. I eat a lot of red meat, hardly any fish. The only fruit I eat is a banana post wod carb. I don't consume nuts. I don't bake. Just meat, eggs, bacon, coconut, leafy plants and other veggies. I eat three times a day with a post wod carb. I get hungry three times a day. Each meal is enough to bring me over to the next one. So I'm not snacking.
my body composition has changed from the amount of CF I do, but I enjoy going. I get so much more than just strength training out of it, so I don't know if going less during the week is going to help.
I'm definitely a worry wart and trying to work on it. But I'm obviously getting nowhere because I've been feeling bloated and inflammed around the midsection and thighs so decided to step on the scale and saw it was 10lbs higher than when I weighed myself in August. and no I'm not pregnant nor is there even the chance that I'm pregnant. What's the issue and how do I hack it?</p>

I get questioned all the time when I'm out about my back muscles or biceps. I simply explain to people what I do. But I will admit, it has been difficult to find someone who's actually interested in me because of the way I look. Sometimes I feel less girly compared to my twig-sized friends. But I'd rather be picked up by someone who appreciated my physique. Afterall, my preferences are specific as well: a paleo person and crossfitter. But most people just like to stare and not touch. </p>

<p>i cant seem to shake this weight around my midsection. i IF a couple times a week and feel good about, go LC for a while, CF 4 or 5 times a week. been eating paleo for 8 months. i just dont think i have visible abs like most people claim to have. i sometimes feel like im carrying around extra bloat. when my body comes out of ketosis that's when i notice my midsection looking bigger. i cant seem to look slimmed down for a long period of time. is that normal?</p>
<p>it could be stressed. started a new job recently. probably not enough sleep, but i try to take it easy during the day. its my personality. </p>
<p>how do you guys hack the stress? </p>

Always hated perfumed though, but definitely less tolerant of crowds and bright lights. Sometimes I feel like I'm becoming like an actual cave person!
