I can relate because I too used Paleo as a vehicle to gain weight after an eating disorder. I was constantly eating, probably every two hours. My calorie intake was at least 3500 a day (which is a lot for a 5'3" female). I gained weight in no time... (more)

Eat MORE fat & more carbs! Doesn't sound like you are getting enough calories. And don't limit salt!

Congrats on resisting all the junk food, that's half the battle! You could be eating not enough carb for energy. Unless you're really committed to it, I wouldn't try to go very low carb right away...try just moderate-to-low carb for a bit and... (more)
