After years of rarely getting cramp, I am beginning to get quite frequent cramping, mainly in my fingers or feet, though sometimes calf. Is this a sign of a mineral deficiency? Or just a consequence of ageing?

Too many nuts (brazil, almond, caschew, etc) too often seem to give me cramps in my knuckles.

My solution for cramps is bananas. I don't have them every day, but if my muscles start getting jittery I buy a bunch and the muscles get happy. The bananas also seem to help when I need to be active in our Nevada heat.

Seems like all you'd need to do is make sure your feet are dry before you cover them with anything. If you have trouble beyond that air em out whenever you can. If there's an infection I'd say use tea tree oil after your shower. Works for... (more)
