And there is the 1st problem! I live in Sussex and the Lake District is SUCH a pain to get to!!!! Middle of England - i.e. Derbyshire / Warwickshire - would perhaps be better as it is going to be easier for people from the far edges of the country... (more)

uh...maybe you have gastritis because you are taking betain hcl? do you have pernicious anemia or some sort of other destruction of your parietal cells? otherwise, why would you take this? your stomach is one part of the digestion... (more)

So i'm almost a whole month completely paleo. The benefits are showing. I've lost weight, feel 'normal', no more mood swings and quite a few other things i can't remember off the top of my head. Either way, i like it and want it to be my diet 90%... (more)

I know I've asked a similar question before, but what would I eat at a festival in Spain? Do they fry their food and dodgy stuff? What should I eat for breakfast? Is it okay to ask for bunless burgers in the arena? Thanks in advance!
