Vitamin d has been shown to alleviate fibromyagia symptoms. Shoot for a level around 75.

Vitamin D deficiency has to be considered in the management of fibromyalgia syndrome. Have you checked your leveLs?

I don't believe claims that "Paleo" or LC make rT3 worse. rT3 is raised (and T3 lowered) by calorie restriction, or possibly bad thyroid meds. This is the so-called "starvation response." My thyroid/hormone doc treats fibro and high rT3. This... (more)
