Yes, this is normal. I had the same symptoms at the same time (after the first 48hrs on paleo). What is happening is that your body has run out of glucose in your muscles and liver to use for fuel. Your body has almost forgotten how to use fat... (more)

Hello, what was your first year on paleo? What mistakes did you do? Did you have big cheatings, after which you realised why you stay on paleo? What difficulties did you have that was the hardest to overcome?

Elevation Burger has a few locations in Arlington, VA if that is convenient for you. Grass fed organic burgers and they will serve them wrapped in lettuce on request. It's just a burger joint and the rest of the menu (fries/shakes) is not paleo,... (more)
