best bet is to find a decent crossfit box in town, OR a strength and conditioning gym that does weight/resistance training, that'll be your best bet. Also there's TONS of resources out on the internet for training/meal plans for weight loss.... (more)

Try to make convenient meals that can be cooked in bulk and reused; this makes sticking to the plan much easier, and when you're buying things in large quantity it usually helps with the cost as well.
