Try to make convenient meals that can be cooked in bulk and reused; this makes sticking to the plan much easier, and when you're buying things in large quantity it usually helps with the cost as well.

Ideally i would say dont drink as drinking (beer especially) has been shown to elevate estrogen levels and lower testosterone levels. Seems like you've answered your own question too since the effect of drinking just 2 makes you feel crappy... (more)

Things you should know: It works. It isn't really all that hard. Most other people will think you are crazy. If you can embrace (and even enjoy) 3, then it's a lot easier.
