I was out of shape when starting Crossfit. I'd been obese and had lost some 60 - 70 pounds, and wanted to give Crossfit a try. I had never been athletic. Oh my. It was hard, but fun. My suggestion is to START SLOW! There is no shame in scaling.... (more)
