Yes eggs cause gas in stomach, mostly the white part of the egg cause gas in stomach.

It sounds like the bacteria in your intestinal tract are having a party. ;) You might try consuming more fermented foods (I eat some with every meal) and possibly digestive enzymes.

Coconut milk is a FODMAP and can cause abdominal bloating. I had to cut it out completely and feel so much better. There are several Paleo and Primal foods that are FODMAPs and should be eliminated if you have bloating. Bloating=Gut Irritation... (more)
