Hi, I have managed to the the flu off my little darlings I teach. I don't like taking any synthetic drugs but was wondering if anyone had some paelo friendly remedies they use. Thanks in advance.

Ate ZC for five months last year. Felt great but as anyone who works out knows, carbs fuel power and fat burning too. Leangains since then. I eat ZC rest days and 2-300g carbs as taters post workout. Plenty of meat and fat. I eat 2x per day,... (more)

I think you have answered your own question. You say you feel like shit when you don't eat any carbs. I think we need to listen to our bodies true signals some times. Maybe your body is telling you, you need some carbs. Try having 20g a day on... (more)

I was feeling really tired yesterday afternoon, my throat is not necesseraly sore, but feels like it's about to get that way, and my muscles are sore even though I haven't been exercising. Could it be the flu?

I have noticed that I never ever get sick if I follow 100% strict Paleo. The only time I get sick is when I add a few things I should not, i.e. a bottomless serving of ice cream (sigh), cheese, chocolate, whatever. Yes, I am just a human. But if... (more)
