I've been gluten free since 2008. I have never had a really bad slipup for three years and have been clean since. I've been doing paleo for six months. However, I am on vacation and went to this bakery today (I know, I cheated) that offered... (more)

What are your symptoms when you've been glutened? You might want to continue to do things that counteract that, plus take doses of vitamins (especially sublingual methyl-B12) and probiotics. Bone broth is also a good idea. I get diarrhea when... (more)
