When I eat fruit I seem to get brain fog even when I eat low sugar fruits like berries and apples. I do have adrenal fatigue so that might be why but I don't have this problem with bananas. I get mild brain fog when my veggies aren't well cooked... (more)

Most fruits are high in salicylates which some people are very intolerant to. Causing chronic fatigue brain fog hives etc etc google Failsafe foods

Yes, cut back on the Larabars and nuts. Is there a compelling reason you're not eating meat or fish? More meat, vegetables, and fat along with reducing or, preferably, eliminating the nuts for awhile could be a good move. Being glutened is always... (more)

Coffee to fix? I would try a fast, lots of water, and some digestive enzymes and probiotics. Your body will kill good bacteria as well as getting rid of your own villi as it flushes the gluten out. Apparently Glutamine is a good choice as well,... (more)
