Salsa is great on "tacos" - aka ground beef wrapped in lettuce and your choice of topings. We eat this often! As for guac - my favorite way to eat it is with bacon. MMMMmmmm. Paleo rules.

200gm of walnuts is 1200 cals! Yes, I think this is probably going to cause you an issue. Also, you might want to revisit your definition of "snack". Personally, I put away 2oz (60gm) a day at the very most. More than that, and I stall. (more)
