How do you eat keto without nuts, dairy, egg yolks or coconut? :( I'm allergic to everything I'm supposed to eat on keto, and afraid it might be unhealthy to take in fat from mostly PUFAs such as avocado oil and olive oil. any advice appreciated. (more)

I would take colostrum because of the amount of IgA, PrP's and other constituents that help heal the gut! The colostrum that has done research and has been written up in an editorial is Immune Tree.

I've started to grind my own cashew "flour" as we are trying to avoid almonds too. And I'm finding that chia egg is way better than flax egg for a replacer. I bought a grinder just for chia seeds. Its working really well in baked goods.

can you use seeds? the girl on the paleomg.com site uses sunflower seed butter in her nut free recipes. i'm sure you could just sub flax eggs for the real eggs she uses. she makes a lot of bars.
