I would take colostrum because of the amount of IgA, PrP's and other constituents that help heal the gut! The colostrum that has done research and has been written up in an editorial is Immune Tree.

I've started to grind my own cashew "flour" as we are trying to avoid almonds too. And I'm finding that chia egg is way better than flax egg for a replacer. I bought a grinder just for chia seeds. Its working really well in baked goods.

As with raw dairy, goat dairy is not magic. If you react to it, don't consume it. Dairy, though tasty, is not necessary for human health.

You're not alone! For me it wasn't kombucha, it was chia seed pudding. While my reaction wasn't quite as strong as yours (thankfully), the general outline was the same. FYI: I've learned that I don't tolerate sesame seeds very well either.

Have you tested yourself in a 100% Paleo diet for at least 4 weeks? If your skin issues go away or deminish, the non-paleo-cheating is your problem - perhaps grains or dairy. Then stick to 100% Paleo. If not, you can proceed to those fancy food... (more)
