Perhaps it is not dairy your body is craving, but fat? How much fat currently makes up your diet? Or, maybe it's the sugars in some of the dairy products you are craving for.

I find I frequently crave vinegar. To the point that, even writings about it here, I start salivating. It doesn't seem to have too much to do with hunger, although the craving is worse when I am hungry. Does anyone else get this?
