This might be a weird question but since I started sprinting my right food has been having these waves of heat. It's not painful just a strange feeling. It's usually occurring while I'm sitting at my desk. It also feels as though I need to "pop"... (more)

Thanks for all the answers. I actually found out I have a pinched nerve in my foot. Basically I need to chill out for a bit on the sprinting until I can figure out how to fix this.

What the hell is this? Seeing a doctor about something else in a few days, so I'll probably ask about it then. ETA: It's totally painless and appeared a few weeks after cessation of a minor pain in the same area that lasted for about 9 months. (more)

how long has it been there? looks like blood. The pain for 9 months could have been a shard of something that slipped out and a little bit of blood came out before it scabbed

Mostly at night but sometimes in the day I get these aufull cramps in my feet. It make my toes go in abnormal directions also the tendons on the top of my leg stick out it really hurts and I have to walk for about 10 minutes till they go away ... (more)
