Everything you eat should be gluten-free on a Paleo diet. Grains, and wheat in particular, is a big no-no. I think you need more than pointers. You need the basics. Try a book on Paleo or Primal diets, or at least check out marksdailyapple.com... (more)

@Patty 5 Absolutely worth the drive, you can also find their eggs at the Collingswood Farmers Market. Very friendly family farm, as soon as you arrive you know you have found the real deal.

Xanthan gum is also quite the culprit. I had a few customers at the GF bakery where I worked that could not have xanthan gum, made them sick.
