I've been doing high intensity lifting at home with free weights and i'm seeing great results. Was just seeing if anyone else does and has any ideas for me to add to my work out routine?

Getting a pullup/chinup gimmick that mounts to the door frame is pretty easy they run around thirty bucks. Mine made a mark on the frame but hasn't damaged it.

Energy drinks are the ultimate cash cow. I really doubt they put high quality vitamins/etc. in them, because it cuts into the profit. Side note, for anything with B12 in it, take a look at the type of B-12. Vast majority of the time, you'll see... (more)

Mhm... to eat grass you need larger digestive system like that of cows, since bacteria is responsible for digestion. I highly doubt it, but you never know.
