Does it matter how you brew your coffee?? I recently broke my French press and want to buy a Chemex. I don't drink tons of coffee and try to drink black teas or any teas also but coffee is just Mmmm-mmm good!!
Taste should rule within bounds of course. For me it is vacuum first then French press and chemex drip depending on the time and situation. Early am Fr P. but later drip but after full dinner back to vacuum. Da Jim

Have made it before. Yes, it is safe. Very tasty.
I'm curious about the international presence of the Paleo lifestyle. Are there any books/authoritative sources on the Paleo diet that are popular in non-English speaking countries? Is the Paleo diet especially gaining momentum in any other... (more)
I know that gluten-free flours have been discussed a lot, but couldn't find the answer to my specific question: I picked up Julia Child's cook book from the library, on the advice of a bunch of paleos, and I'm excited to learn some really good... (more)
And I feel AWFUL. My self esteem has gone way done. I feel ugly and bloated. I want to be "cleansed" (the feeling I get after my first week of paleo) but for some reason I have a really difficult time during the school year. I come home from... (more)
So you're still growing and in a calorie deficit daily already--plus you're active. I think it's great you are tackling paleo so well at your age. I would just be careful not to bother with fasting yet. Do that later when you are older. Right... (more)
